I scraped my knee while playing with Henry at the Park

And I wear it like a badge of honor. I used to love the moments when my dad would really play with us. We always wanted my mom to join in, but she rarely did. I promised myself that I would be a mom who plays with her kid(s) and who joins in and has a lot of fun. It was always amazing when my dad would do that.

So my knee stings a little bit, but I scraped it playing on the playground and little Rachel is thrilled that I turned out to be the mom I always wanted to be.
